A sliding fee scale is used at either location to determine your cost of treatment, starting at $45. When being paid by insurance, they will decide the cost then, and it is subject to the deductible and copay you arranged with them.
Foot Levelers orthotics, heel lifts, nutritional and herbal supplements, Kinesio tape, and other items prescribed and supplied by me are priced <15% above my cost. If you prefer, I can write you the prescription for durable goods and you can purchase them wherever you like.
$50 House Call Additional Fee
Available within a 25 mile radius of Barton, VT.
Currently, my FL office is in the process of relocating, so all treatments are done at your house or resort within 10 miles of Seminole, and this fee is waived there.
